I cannot munge any maps from any data_*** folders. I run visual munge and click munge and it lasts about 3 seconds before telling me to go run bf2.

this is very frustrating.

I reinstalled swbf2 from the dvd and reinstalled swbf2 mod tools and the error persists.

I know that a munge doesn't last 3 seconds.

EDIT: I submitted this a bit to fast maybe without further details.

I run bf2 on 1.1 using Windows 7. I also have tried to run the vistamungefix and still munging does nothing.

also when I try to re-create a stock map(etc; pol1.lvl) the files are not created.

Munge isnt doing anything period.

Did You run the visualmunge as an admin?

yes and the problem remains.

But did you tryed to munge a map you created BEFOR you made the mungefix??? The mungefix just change the bats in the default data folder. NOT in existing maps. So try to make a new map.

None of this works. I still get a 2 second munge with the munge box saying Windows was unexpected at this time.

It's gone now. I uninstalled some stuff, alot of stuff and something allowed mod tools' visualmunge to function properly. Thanks.
