A lot of prominent people in the SWBF community were there, some of whom I've never seen online before. We even got Rep playing on his own map!
I won't lie, half the time I wasn't sure what my unit was going to do; I was not very familiar with the units (so I pretty much just stuck to a sniper the whole match). I was confused at the end why I had as few points as I did and then I remembered that we could have captured CPs. It was fun though!

I don't know if this had been mentioned but...how come I can only change layout in clan mode?

Because the map is set up that way. Imagine the chaos that would happen if you could change the layout in the middle of a conquest match.

Actually that could become a cool game mode. Since if you get caught in objects you die then you would just respawn right? I call it "Chaos Massacre Uber Epic Survival Gold Edition Number 7 The Return of That Guy Who Keeps Changing The Level Layout" lol :funny2: But seriously, that could be fun

But what if, when the layout was transformed, an object came right into your body? That would be interesting......

It would also be slightly disturbing.

It would also be similar to "wave mode" online, where n00bs hit the reset button every five seconds in a vain attempt to be funny.

Not even just wave mode, they did that obsessively during the event, which is why Rep and I left to our own, non-dedicated server with none of that.

Below are some of the things that will instantly get you banned without an explanation or warning:
  • Never, EVER, post anything about glitching/cheating in any games we mod
Hey, if you want to glitch or cheat on your own time, we're not going to stop you. But when you log into Gametoast you're considered a clean and fair player. First offense will result in a permanent ban with no hope of ever returning. This is non-negotiable. Nobody likes online cheaters.
Guys stop talking about glitching in my mod, according to the rules you should all be banned.

For every system there will be people that use it properly, and idiots that abuse it. Sadly to say many have chosen abusing it as their primary source of entertainment.

From now on please do not talk about how fun ruining my system is. Perhaps talk about how far you got on wave mode, or an epic duel in clan mode?

That and the other modes can have AI, and it would be very difficult (if not impossible) to change the layout and AI planning and command posts and spawn paths to account for the change.

If you are hosting an interactive map and are having problems with people pushing buttons, you (must be the host) can use the Code Console to just release the button's event handlers. Then they wouldn't be able to trigger something and you can always manually trigger it. Also, randomly killing trouble makers with KillObject() is a good way to discourage them.

I just played 'Wave Mode' with Fierfek (my brother), and that was good. A little hard with the geonosians, 'cause they just keep flying away and you can't deflet their bullets. The best one to be is Mace Windu with Force Destruction, or, at least, he's the best I've tried. I only got to wave 12. The Gamorrean Guards aren't actually that hard 'cause they're so slow.

All in all, good map and modes.
