Can driver have rotating turret?

Is it possible for a driver of a tank to be able to control a rotating gun?

Driver no, co-pilot yes.
If the driver could only swivel the gun, he wouldn't be driving wouldn't he? cus he couldn't turn the vehicle.
Co-pilots can, look at the case of the AAT

Or maybe, just thinking of an ATST you can turn your guns and still go forward, for a while at least. Not sure if it can be applied to a hover but it may be worth looking at the odf.
