Got tripped up on some of the pointless water families, but finished with 152/151 at 1:29 seconds left.

That green phantom Pokemon looks much less weird now that we can see it up close. It's actually kind of cute.

We already know about them. There's probably only one Pokemon or so that we haven't seen in there. It's just up close screenshots now.

Just remember, next month is the month when they do an INFOSPLOSION. Probably a few of the early events in the game, the enemy team, and a whole lot of new Pokemon. Then around two days before the game comes out it will be leaked as a ROM and every Pokemon from 5th gen will be known by the day it comes out, including events.

Also, I'll try to send as much info to your guys as possible, I'll have it around if not on the 18th. Considering Halo Reach comes out on the 14th don't expect much.

So a ton of new pics were revealed today. Everything looks awesome, and I'm impressed at the in-battle surf animation.

I'm honestly excited. They didn't rely on Zubat or even Pikachu this time around to increase familiarity. Plus, with all new spots in the region's Pokedex, it's possible we could see close to 150 new Pokemon again.

Dear god, I loathe Zubat to this very day. That also goes for Tentacool. Stop appearing every two steps, d*** it!

Anyways, I'm kind of excited, too. It should be nice to see purely new Pokemon until the end of the game.

I still have yet to finish SoulSilver. I've had it for a while now, but I've been too busy. Maybe the release of a new one will motivate me?

Agreed, mostly. It really depends on how long the game is, though. If I have to wait a month to see me a Sneasel, I may blow my top.

Well, I bought the games today, the combined total with priority shipping (always a must when ordering from overseas) was ~$153 US but I have a feeling it'll be worth it. September 18th, only about a month away...

Even though Crobat is gone, hopefully Koromori's final form is just as good or better. They also better not make it appear every step (I just know there's going to a post-game cave that contains only Zubats though xD). At least it's Psychic/Flying so it doesn't have a 4x resistance to Grass now though

Is that the Japanese version?

It will probably be better, considering that this is Game Freak making this and then the type combo helps it, too.

Yes. The rest of the world will probably be getting them around the same time that HG/SS came out this year (March, April).

Wow. How come it takes them so long to Localise in English?

Either Nintendo of Japan doesn't allow the games to be released in another country first (which I'm starting to believe is true) or it's still because of the 2 year gap the occurred way back in Generation 1 (Red/Green 1996 -> Red/Blue 1998).

It probably only takes a month to localize the games, but then they have to do more bug tests with the English language and others from the Japanese games which may have been found out (such as the Surf Door/Darkrai glitch found in D/P or the surfing boulder glitch in HG/SS)

Also, a new Pokemon was revealed. Emonga, a flying squirrel Pokemon. It looks like a combination of Pichu and Pachirisu. It is Electric/Flying and has the ability Static. Also, the blue Pokemon with the red spikes that was revealed months back with Ranculus and Gothiselle (Rankurusu and Gochizeru for the literal people out there) has been comfirmed to be named Gigaiasu. It is a pure Rock type and has the ability Sturdy.

Edit: Updating as more info is available. This may be leaking from the mastery document, I have no idea.

Darumakka: Basic form of Hihidaruma. Appears to be some sort of ball or baby monkey in a blanket.
Shikijika has been confirmed to be a Normal/Grass type that has the Chlorophyll ability. Its appearance changes based on the season.
Basurao: No image at the time, but it knows Aqua jet and Uproar.
The move Growth now boosts Sp.Atk and Attack by 1, instead of the old Growth which only boosted Sp.Atk by 2.

No longer broken. Also, added a weird plant thing that kind of resembles an owl.

That plant thing has virtually the same shape as Wormadam, wich makes me wonder if it's an evolved fprm or just a look alike. That rock Pokemon reminds me of that Fake Pokemon shown here towards the bottom of the page. I'm not suggesting that it's fake, I'm just making an observation.

Yeah, not to mention that Emonga has a similar name and has a similar color scheme to Enpanda.
