Those wookies and their weapons look awesome. I'm glad that you have continued to work on these awesome side assets.

Actually, Grev, the Commando and Engineer are modified skins. Maybe just not modified enough? Or did you mean change them from the CW era version?

Anyway, here's a better shot of the weapons:

I really like the flame carbine. It looks like the one in the new essential guide to weapons and technology. It definately looks way better than the one Jango has now.

I thought ROCKET said they were modified, but maybe not enough Grev, which indeed means they would still look like assets' ones... I finished the Wookiee Assassin model some weeks ago, but forgot to exported it.. Getting it done as soon as possible! ROCK, your weapons really are Diet Dr. Pepper! You've improved a lot in moddeling, especially at texturing i think! Then, the Jedi! You, ROCKET, have made the sweetest Wookiee GT will ever experience, and then you give the Jedi heroes such a sucky cape? I'm making an addon for you, which will move as cloth and will fit perfect on Wookiee shoulders.. You more then deserve it :) Great work

LOL. A new cape would be great, MandeRek. But actually, I think I'm going to have to figure out how to hex-edit the cape (or maybe a cama?) into the Wookiee mesh, because the cape addon mesh is currently taking the place of the dreads addon mesh. Kirlocca looks okay from the front, but from behind he's got a bunch of holes in his head!

And to clarify about the unit skins:

- Warrior, Elder, and Tyvokka use stock override textures from the assets.
- Rocketeer and Chieftan use stock asset textures.
- Mechanic, Commando, and Kirlocca use textures that I modified.

But Grev's comments have inspired me. So I'm off working on a more substantial texture change.

Good memory about the addon meshes, MandeRek. Unfortunately, none of the methods I tried for multiple addons were for animated addons. Neither a cape nor the dreads would look so good as a rigid mesh.

And Wazmol, yes I think my Wookiees could rule the galaxy. But they wouldn't. Wookiees have far too much intelligence and integrity to get mixed up in that much politics and beaurocracy!

And I gotta finish before I release, TheDarkMask!

Grev,

This will be a side asset pack that anyone can use as they wish for their own mods. But I will also be using the completed side in my own Kashyyyk map. And those Wookiee skins are tough to re-make! I gave up using simple techniques. Now I'm repainting hair by hair. LOL

And yes, CaptainOrdo, a treetop village is actually what I've had in mind.
