Cps Invisible [Solved]

Post by Master_Ben »

Hey Guys

I have created a new map. I have done nothing but reskinned some clones, reskin a rock *gasp*, and changed a terrain texture. Low and behold, my Cp's are gone. They were gone before, but I just wanted to show how little I have done. When I say "gone" I mean they don't appear on a minimap In Game I have this Mungelog:
Hidden/Spoiler:

It doesn't crash so I don't think I need to give a bfront2 log.
Also, I've found that The default cp's won't appear as abjects in zeroeditor. I can see them, but I can't select or manipulate them. Any help here? Thanks

Welcome to Gametoast! enjoy youre stay! gtpwn

well i can think of a few things here.
1-you cant manipulate the cps in ZE unless you change the layer by clicking "change" under active layer and selecting conquest or whatever mode this is in.
2-you always have a bfron2.log whether something crashes or not lol
3-do you mean they dont show up when you try to select a team? (map is just black) if so, you either did something in ZE that the game doesnt like, or changed something in the sides that the game doesnt like. did you do any side work?

Thanks.

The cp manipulation thing is a huge help! :P

The sides load just fine, custom skins working, etc. But the minimap to the right of the spawn screen shows no cp's.
PS I know I will always get a bfront2 log, I meant I didn't think I needed to post it.

Try a manual clean. The tutorial is in the SWBF2 Modding Forum (it's a sticky at the top)

Ahhh... Yeah.

Thanks I will try a manual clean. It's funny, I tried to edit a shipped map once for creating a story mode for fun, and the cps did the same thing, except I could add new cps which worked. I tried that here and it didn't work.

EDIT
Finally! The manual and automatic cleans did the trick! Topic solved
