Pls help. AI heroes don't even show up on some maps!

Specifically on Jendo's Tatooine Outpost and the Natural Map Pack (probably some others as well), sometimes heroes just don't show altogether especially with the CIS. This is a huge gameplay killing glitch IMO, and it's fairly recent too. Any fixes?
And sorry if I posted this in the wrong place guys!

maybe the dev hasn't add a hero to the map??

But it does, for example on Tatooine Outpost sometimes the hero is Darth Maul, and sometimes it's Grievous. It should also randomize to Fett, but instead it just has no hero options when the random heroes script calls for him. It used to work but it stopped and I have no clue to what's going on.

maybe some files are broken. Have you tried to redownload??

Unfortunately it made no difference... maybe a problem with my sides?

Have you remunged the stock sides and replaced them?? That can cause that problem, too. Best would be to see a error log when the hero is not ingame
