Is it possible to have different types of fleets?

Is it possible for one of those fleets to be a death-star that allows the player to straight up destroy planets?

Is it possible for each of those fleets to have a permanent re-enforcement count?

Can those fleets have different vehicles and troop types? Depending on either player selection OR What world the fleet is constructed over?

Can more than one fleet be stationed over a planet?

Can the player select to play a different mission? I.e. CTF rather than conquest? Or evacuate? I.e. will lose the planet but not the fleet so long as they defend it for a certain amount of time?

Yes for all of them, but you'll have to learn a lot of scripting to do it.
