Windows 7 64 bit Munging Problems [Solved]

I have been recently evicted from my home PC. After getting a new laptop, my parents decided it was time to stop taking up the family computer with my modding. After moving all of my files onto my laptop I discovered that the Zero Editor worked but the munger was having serious problems. When I attempt to run the visualmunge, it claims it copies the files to the addon folder of my directory, it doesn't. My first step, run it in compatibility mod. It says 1 file(s) moved for about ten lines or so then it says it munges and copies to addon but all I get is the oldest version from when I munged on my XP computer. Then I came here and downloaded the windows 7 fix, and made a new test mod with the new munger. When creating a new world it gets stuck on, "Rewriting LDX file". I tried the windows 7 patched munger in compatibility mode. Nothing. I spent a week trying to create a duel boot system in an attempt to run XP from my laptop, but I ran into problem after problem. So I decided to try a virtual machine with XP. The same exact result occurs as before. I searched everywhere on line looking for a patch or a download to hep me. Nothing. After all described above I decided to post this topic to see if anyone else has had this problem or if I am the only one. I apologize for the rather lengthy post but I wanted to be as clear and concise as possible. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried looking in the folder Vista puts the munged files in?
