You can dig strait down. Just use a map program to see whee the caves (and lava) aren't and your good. I use this method it find diamonds.
I don't know what your base looks like, but a two block high, lighted perimeter wall does wonders for keeping creepers from wrecking your main base. Stick ladders on it so you can climb over, and make sure there aren't any dark spaces between it and your base, and you're all set.Grev wrote:creepers are creepier (in the sense that their sneakiness is greater). I don't know about the AI stuff, but I'm both happy and wary of what that might mean to my base. :/
That's cheating.501st_commander wrote:You can dig strait down. Just use a map program to see whee the caves (and lava) aren't and your good. I use this method it find diamonds.

It's a nice way to see what you've accomplished (I don't use it), but I frown upon 3rd party programs that give you any sort of ingame advantage.501st_commander wrote:noXavious wrote:That's cheating.501st_commander wrote:You can dig strait down. I play downloaded because music doesn't work for me in browser, and it hasn't crashed yet, while I would consistently crash in Classic multiplayer in browser.SilvaDalek wrote:Does Minecraft run better downloaded or in your browser? I've actually had the game crash a few times playing in browser and I really haven't played much downloaded.
Ah, see, thats why you should use the WoM client in classic.Grev wrote:I play downloaded because music doesn't work for me in browser, and it hasn't crashed yet, while I would consistently crash in Classic multiplayer in browser.SilvaDalek wrote:Does Minecraft run better downloaded or in your browser?
