This good?

The Rebellion sent a legion of Rebels to liberate Cloud City on Bespin. The Rebels killed all of the stormtroopers and captured the city.

Oh, the map descriptions, here. (They were on the BF1 wiki, I think they're official)
All converted maps (Except for Geonosis: Spire) are using both era's. We're using stock sides.

Bespin: Cloud City
A beautiful city floating in the clouds of Bespin. War has reached the City Square.

Bespin: Platforms
A gas mining colony located on the planet Bespin. Both sides struggle for control of the Extractor.

Geonosis: Spire
The dust covered world of Geonosis. The large Spire in the center of the battlefield is the key to victory.

Kamino: Tropica City
The oceanic world that created the Clone Army. Its cities are held up by large poles that extend to the ocean floor.

Kashyyyk: Docks
One of the many harbors located on the Wookie's home planet.

Kashyyyk: Islands
A small island in the middle of one of Kashyyyk's seas. A Wookie village has been built all over the island.

Naboo: Plains
The lush green fields of Naboo. Gungans are common to this area.

Naboo: Theed
A peaceful world covered in rolling plains and deep swampy lakes.

Rhen Var: Citadel
An abandoned Jedi Temple on the ice planet of Rhen Var.

Rhen Var: Harbor
A small city unearthed from the ice sheets.

Tatooine: Dune Sea
The sandy plains of Tatooine. The Lars' homestead is nearby the fray.

Yavin 4: Arena
Mystery shrouds this Sith Temple, especially its intended use.

I'm sure the Gametoast community will be willing to help. Post your questions, see if they can figure it out.
(I know very little about map conversions  I've only attempted it two times)

BF1 Conversion Tutorial: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... =27&t=3574

Ask here. :) forums/viewforum.php?f=27
This General section isn't for that. (More people will see that you need help there as well)

The SWBF wiki isn't at all official. Those descriptions you found were actually written by Fusion for the original Conversion Pack (topic: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... 39&t=15207). Someone must have just put them on the wiki page. There's actually already an official map description for Bespin: Cloud City (see the localization of the stock maps) since it was used for the Xbox Live DLC.

A mining colony suspended high among the clouds of Bespin.

Interesting, I had no idea. They're very well written. Breif, but descriptive. I'll make sure to add his name to credits.

Go ahead and use that, too bad we don't have official descriptions for the rest of the maps.
(Although the custom ones are pretty nice, it would still be neat to have them)

Very nice. Good work. I've actually been looking to convert and probably revamp some of the SWBF1 maps for Unification for a lil' while now. :o Still thinking about it, though. :p

Regardless if you do decide to convert the maps with us or not. When we're done here, all assets will be released to the community. You can make the changes you want with the map assets or just download the mission.lua scripts to add your Mass Effect Unification Sides. :D
