When I create my custom models, and add bumpmap, usualy happens this bug:
Hidden/Spoiler:

(Those fancy lines, shouldn't be there, it's just a flat platform).
Seems bump, instead create of visual shaped surface effect, just absorb light and darkness, in to the some chaotic contrast lines.
This bug show up, only if some sourse of lights present near by. Perhaps, it's connected with UV's, because it's appear, when I edit them, or just merge meshes, and it's cause some model and UV's deformation. Interesting, but when I create "mirror" model, by Symmetrize Polygons, this bug can "migrate" from one material, to another, but I can't loose it totaly.
So, if somebody know, how to fix this bug, please help!

I don't think this is a bug, probably just need a workflow adjustment. What do your UVs and bump map look like? How is this object meant to look? An image to compare it with would be helpful.

Oh, I am pretty sure it's a bug, perhaps most sad one. It makes me to remade lot of my models, over and over again...
Here the textures and view of this platform:

Hmm, something doesn't quite add up. I assume the upper left of the first image is your diffuse image, and next to it is your greyscale bump map image. Your UV image shows the disc mapped out flat, but the image displaying the object with diffuse texture looks as if the UVs overlap by the way it repeats.
