For some reason, my Munger is not working. When I start the munge, it finishes way too fast, and I know that means that something is not right. I think this is causing it:
Rather then download the tools again, I moved them from my old laptop, and placed them in my new PC.
If that is the case, do I have to redownload the tools? If not, then does anyone know what is causing this problem?

have you actually testyed to see if it didnt munnge right? you could have just moved it to a faster computer

Answer - Try THIS workaround to get it working properly.

It's for Vista but may be applicable in your situation, Vista or not.

Hmmmm....It's not working...This never happened on my other computer, and that one was vista as well as this one...

Have you changed the default installation directory? The first time I installed it, I changed the directory and it happened to me this same thing. If you changed it, uninstall it and try installing it again without changing the path.
