I've downloaded some vehicles for JKA, and the readmes for some of them say to type in "npc spawn [insert vehicle here]". How exactly would I go about doing this?

You wanna open up the console. I havent played the game in a few years, so you may have to enable the console first. (I honestly have forgotten how to do that, sorry)

But in order to open the console once its enabled, you need to hit the button on your keyboard that looks like this: ~

They should. I'd assume you have to be the host in order to use them.
