Terrain Cutter is cutting to large [Solved]

I made a nice base and made a terrain cutter for it. The problem is that when I place it in ZE, the purple lines indicating the size of the terrain cutter are much larger and don't fit the model. This leads to holes near the object in game. Any help?

It sounds like a mistake made in XSI. What steps did you take to make the terrain cutter?

I modeled my nice base, I modeled a box like thing the same size. I placed the terraincutter inside of the base model, (in its hierarchy if you want). Branch selected, and exported.

Did you freeze the terrain cutter transforms? Your Entrance terrain cutter (terraincutter1) looks like it scaled down in your scene compared to the parent model.
