Thanks for the comments,
I've created a better looking effect for the random artillery, tell me what you think.
I've also improved the barbed wire fences. The new one is at 350+ Tris and the old one was 1K+ Tris. I believe it looks better too.

Looks much better and nice new barbed wire. I really like the German Medic is that a trench coat he has on?

Thanks Spartan, that is a trench coat he's wearing. I've been wanting to improve the model and texture of the medic.
@TheSelfDestroyer - Sorry I didn't answer your question earlier. It was extremely late for me at the time, I thought up the answer and forgot to write it in -.- . The plane is going to be flyable.

Hello everyone,
I've got a slightly big update to show, we'll be looking at a improved tank trap which actually works as good cover, then there's a WIP Muzzle Flash, changed the ground texture, and improved the models to look better. The improved models look better and are now lower poly, old one was 2300+ tris, new one is just about 1500+ tris.
New Tank Traps
Terrain texture changed
OLD
NEW
Improved Models, more poly efficient and better looking. They now have their hands showing instead of large gloves over their hands. Dirtier skins
British Sniper
British Rifleman (Note: Ignore the trench textures, they somehow messed up but it will be fixed)
WIP Muzzle Flash
Tell me what you think about the new changes.

All of the changes nicely add to the visuals, nice job.

I think that the British Sniper's pistol needs a slight scale down, based on the picture.

Their hands look somewhat pale and clammy, as though they're been dead in water for some time, while their faces look more rough-and-tumble, dirt-covered...er, alive.
If you can stumble through the terrible mess of adjectives that sentence has been, I would recommend changing the texture of the hands to more closely match the texture of the face.

Hello everyone, thank you for the comments.
Been working hard on improving these British models. Right now, I've finished the entire British side completely.
British Lieutenant
British Engineer
British Medic
British Grenader
I've changed the hand texture just a bit to make it look more dirty rather than "dead in water"
Tell me what you think

Hello people! It's been a very long time before I updated this thread. I have some excuses like I've been really busy with things going on irl, I don't want to go into too much detail about it all, but things have been going down hill for me fast. That's why I never really worked on this much, I was stuck in a slump, but I'm getting out and stuff.
So one really big update is I completely changed the map layout, these pictures will show off some new things added to TFP too. The map now has 11 cps, I think that's fine for a slightly above average sized map.
Oh and I also changed the name to something that doesn't represent child birth. Not that I have a problem with child birth...

Very nice, 38!

It hardly looks like SWBF2 anymore.

Indeed VERRY nice work
Can you man those mortar launchers as turrents ?
Water and the ammo boxes look beautiful
You should put some scratches and mud on the German truck though, it looks like it is fresh from factory

Thanks guys, to answer the mortar launcher question - Yes, you can man them. They're portable, you just need to be a British Engineer to place it down. Same as the Nazi Engineer, you can place down the nebelwerfer.
I've decided to improve the looks of some models again. Here you can see a normal mapped + specular model. The older ones did not have Specular applied to them. In one picture, there's a comparison to the one without specular on it. Oh and I'm also going to improve the model itself, I can see some UV issues, and then some parts of the model look a bit out of place. Same goes for the normal map, it needs some improvements.
The truck has some battle damage added to it, along with some mud stains on it. I'll probably work on improving it's look.
Note the background scene is completely empty... that will change soon enough.
