I am trying to make a building destructible, and it will got to the right destroyed geometry I give it, but I was wondering about building chunks.
Are chunks a separate model or what?

Re: Building Chunks?
Yes they are. What pandemic usually does is they take the original model and cut it up into a bunch of random pieces to make it look like debris. Then each of those pieces become their own .msh and you assign that in the ODF for each chunk piece.

True. It's like an addon mesh, a mesh under a DummyRoot null. You can also add hardpoints to add specific effects to a chunk, you can name them whatever you want since you need to name them in the odf as well
