Geonosis: Containment Released!!

Yes, it is done!! Almost nobody knew about it. People were like..."you're working on another map?" when I asked them to test it, LOL.
Enjoy!! I like my map, and I will be playing it. I spent almost all of my computer time into this map (I had been very busy with homework and Tennis). I had a lot of random inspiration and ideas for this map. It turned out well. This is one of my better projects. I view it as...clever and interestingly good, LOL. Stay updated for the release of Naboo: Encounter (Version 2.1) soon, which is EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE (that could actually get to be a bad thing, LOL).

That's a pretty cool map! I like the new affects(there in all your maps) and i like the sand. The Radar made me laugh LOL.

thi map was just ok.the crash site was 1 crashed gun ship. i think it should be a hole star destroyer. also there where vechiles for droids in the movies and crashed droid drop ships.it would be cool to play as a geonoisan twaked like in bountey hunters. and the fog is a cheap way out of intersting terrian.

nice textures majin, i like the map, took me forever to walk to each cp no matter what side i was on , but once i got there ai on medium was easy to take their cp and in less then 3 minutes i had taken all cps for countdown victory. I would have payed 20,000 credits to get 1 speeder to use , hehe. all in all , the effects are great, most realistic cloud/dust ive seen yet, just maybe too large/slightly missing a few things like hiding spots along the route to each cp, great sky and ship flybys, thats my feedback.
I could see this used in events if there were :
1. places for me to hide , say for amush purposes along routes to cps
2. could pits be used , such as sarlacc pits damage but you cant see the pit "map lacks surpirses"
3. some type of sand vehic...maybe spray paint a taun taun and make it desert variant, that would pwn.
4. I play with AI on hard, they were easy even on hard, if you can alter pathing to maybe some bots dont all run on the same route, like in my instance, i walked behind the cps and took them instantly, if 25% of the bot chose a protect the base/stay in this area job , my takeover would have been impossible , solo.
Great job, if you want to see it in massive events with 1000s of clan players those things are needed in 1 form or another.

Lol, I can SEE its a part of the game, that the Radar Disturbs the Map, I LIKE the Idea, but add something to thre map, like "shadows" of High/Low places - so you KNOW where there is a high place, EVEN if the radar Interferring the map. Just my oppinion.
Its seems to be a LARGE map, so I'd say: Add a Desertspeeder from Saturn Labs

(nice done, and PERFECT to a map like this... hey, you decide, or else you COULD change the texture of the snow/desertspeeder) or add a Speeder Bike - or 4, so people can move forward faster

Well, I did not want to add vehicles (besides one) to this map. It satisfies people that like ground combat (foot combat).
I find it very fun. Almost perfect. And, I stick to the movies. I will not do something completely...odd and ridiculous like adding Saturn's "Desert Airspeeder" to Geonosis. It never existed. Also, it would never be there (there were none on Geonosis, wrong era). And, no speeders. There were none on Geonosis. Notice how it is like real warfare and combat? The Republic gets one vehicle, and the CIS gets none, but they get destroyable, uncapturable, CP's (and allies, the Geonosians).
No other vehicles, LOL. It is balanced perfectly, I think.

THanks ! IM using fraps and some ulead programs to add music, the movie was taken while using the new code that is coming out....cant really post about it yet, until its on the official website in about 15 days, youll see

nice, some outcroppings in the valley would be good to give some cover, at the moment its balanced, but i think it would need a couple of tunnels / rocks to hide and ambush from
