Where Would I Find The SoldierAnimation Bank Memory Pool?

The title explains it all, what file would i find it in, i would expect lua but i cant find it unless its this little script

Soldier Animation is usually a line you have to put in yourself. I'd say around 400-500 is a safe bet.
