Alright. I guess it's me then. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong though. I'll figure it out eventually.
Meanwhile, I have a question: How can I make the Republic Sniper from Battlefront II into BF1? I know I have to change the model don't I? Is it possible to obtain an outcome like Karnage's EPIII Republic side, but with all units having the Republic sniper skin?
Also can I have all the codes for the Imperials please?

That's indeed right, jedikiller', you have to transfer both the Model and Targa Graphics Files associated to Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith Sharpshooter Clone from Star Wars Battlefront II Modification Tools's sub-folders towards a brand-new Star Wars Battlefront Project, but as you probably assume, this is only achievable for owners of the PC Version of the aimed LucasArts® Product, unless you succeed in persuading Karnage into dispensing you some of the Stuffs you would need. Furthermore, as I may have already learnt you earlier, calling and applying a same Texture on multiple Star Wars Battlefront I / II Playable Character's Models remaining basically different might lead to unexpected and dissatisfying Outcomes. Finally, I would be willing to obtain a little more Explanations regarding the exact Meaning and Objectives of your last Request, since I am not sure to have properly understood it...

What would I need to try to get from Karnage?
Also you asked about my request. You gave me a code that took me to the stormtrooper's skin so I could modify it. I'd like those for the entire Imperial side so I can modify it more.

Merely what I may have mentioned so far regarding the Clone Sharpshooter featured through Star Wars Battlefront II, which means all MeSH and Targa files exploited by this Playable Character, and once you'll be done, submitting these same contents towards me should suffice in order to generate a "rep.lvl" file meeting your multiple Expectations and Wishes. On the other hand, regarding the Hexadecimal Entries you have requested earlier, I will dispense them to you as soon as possible, and in case you would not have sought too much Informations regarding the Original Assets of Star Wars Battlefront, then you might be somewhat amazed and even surprised when you will obtain the concerned "Codes"...

Alright.
I'll ask Karnage for the .msh and .tga files from the clone sharpshooter, and get them to you as soon as possible.

Off-topic : It has unfortunately appeared that the web-site having been exploited in order to host the
Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith Clone Sharpshooter is way far from being as much "
Reliable" and "
Appreciable" than stated into a few messages posted by
GameToast members depreciating both
YouSendIt© and
Savefile©, and that's why I would like to take advantage of this Situation by asking you whether you would mind requesting equally the *.OPTION and *.ODF files associated to this
Star Wars Battlefront II Unit towards
Karnage, before re-uploading
all the demanded contents on
FilesPoint©, for sample...
Thanks in advance, and see you soon !...

Off-topic : While hoping you won't mind achieving the Task I talked about previously, I have attached a non-exhaustive List of the Hexadecimal Entries you might need in order to proceed to replacements of
Microsoft® DirectX Graphics Files shipping with
Star Wars Battlefront Imperial Faction, and which primarily concern the most visible Textures applied on each of the Classes affiliated to it. Once you will have picked up one of the following Character Strings, you will basically have to follow the Steps and Instructions I have dispensed to you through this thread's Previous Pages so as to aggregate brand-new ones towards the "
imp.lvl" file, while reminding that in case of success, I could provide you additional References dealing with more "
Advanced" Elements you might be willing to tweak sooner or later...

Off-topic : Fortunately, this time, I have eventually succeeded in repatriating the Star Wars Battlefront II Stuffs I have requested towards you, but before proceeding to the generating and modification of a brand-new Star Wars Battlefront Faction shipping with Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith Clone Sharpshooter, I would like you to sum up which are the exact changes you would wish me to lead, such as the name of the existing Side this additional Unit will be contained it or whether you would still like to apply the Texture attached to the above Playable Character to any other ones included inside the aimed Faction...

OK that was a bit confusing... But i think I understand.
I would still like the texture to be applied to all units. Also if it's not too much trouble can you give the pilot a lightsaber?
I'd like it to be a modification of the Republic side.
Thanks so much.

Off-topic : Alright, jedikiller32, I will do so once I will have succeeded in getting enough spare-time for conceiving Star Wars Battlefront Modifications, but I have to warn you that the concerned "rep.lvl" file might not be available before the end of the current Week, and that's why I hope you won't mind patiently awaiting for it. However, before designing the Foundations of the aimed Faction, I would equally want to know whether you would like me to supply a Lightsaber to all sorts of Imperial Pilots / Drivers, and which exact Weapon owned by these same Units you would wish to substitute by the Predilection Equipment of a large part of Force-wielding persons...

I'd like you to replace the arc caster with the lightsaber.
And no, I don't want all pilots having one, just the clone pilot.
And i can wait as long as I need to. Take your time.

Off-topic : Fortunately, the development and compiling Processes of the targetted
Star Wars Battlefront user-made Faction has been way faster and easier than I originally thought, and henceforth, I would want you to repatriate the brand-new "
rep.lvl" Replacement file I have generated thanks to
this BaDonGo© Location in order to extract the
whole content of this
ZIP Archive towards the "
[Hard-Drive's letter]\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\Data\_LVL_PC\SIDE" Directory, while hoping all these Stuffs will eventually meet your multiple Expectations and Wishes. Of course, in case of troubles experienced through the use of this newly-expanded Entities or even if you wished to supply upcoming Suggestions, I will remain at your entire disposal in order to provide the Resources and Support you could need sooner or later...

Well thank you Leviathan.
I did expect it to be a bit different.
But it's great. Thanks a lot.
Do you know if there is a way you can get the mod tools to work without having the PC game?

Off-topic : Of course, jedikiller32, and this Alternate Means is possibly the most simple one you would be able to find out, since you just have to download and extract the ZIP Archive attached to the concerned Software Development Kit in order to exploit and take advantage of most of the features and possibilities it ships with, while nevertheless precising that using the Microsoft® Windows and HTML Applications embedded into it might not be that possible, and that's why you will have to try your hand at creating brand-new Projects and modifying Elements manually...

Ok. Thanks.
I've succesfully made a map. However it's the base map.
What I'd like to do is this...
Make a Duel Arena.
Basically reskin the Jet Trooper, give him unlimited jet fuel, and give him a lightsaber, and make him the only republic unit. (Maybe give him force puch too but I don't know...)
Take the normal battledroid, give him a lightsaber, and make him fly (with possibly force push)
Also I'd like to use the custom units in the downloads section... Can you tell me how to do these things?
Hopefully geting PC version soon so I can do even more...
Thanks!

Off-topic : Alright, before supplying you even more Precise Details and Resources concerning the Ways you would have to follow in order to complete your above Suggestions, I have to warn you that conceiving brand-new Environments for Star Wars Battlefront should not be considered, as this Process incidentally requires the use of a Microsoft® Windows Application. On the other hand, the remaining Tasks mentioned previously might be achieved on your usual Apple® Mac OS-based Platform by exploiting both an Empty Project I will submit to you as soon as possible and the Resources present towards the "[Hard-Drive's letter]\BFBuilder\Assets\Sides\[Faction's Prefix]" Directory, and especially most of the Object Definition Files located through the "ODF" sub-folder of each targetted "[Faction's Prefix]" Folder, as these same Entities are mostly referring to the Equipment carried out by each Class and its Respective Abilities...

Off-topic : Well, in order to make things way easier for you or any other
GameToast member interested in learning how to modify or create brand-new Factions intended towards
Star Wars Battlefront, I have decided to generate a "
DataFACTIONS" Folder whose content will appear as being much more helpful and understandable than the one inherent to the "
DataTEMPLATE" one shipping with the concerned "
Modification Tools", and which can be easily obtained from
this web-address. Indeed, in case you would want to try your hand to editing one of the Factions running on this
LucasArts® Product, just pick up one of the Locations present into the "
[Hard-Drive's letter]\BFBuilder\Assets\Sides" Directory, and copy the targetted Folder from the previous Path towards the "
[Hard-Drive's letter]\BFBuilder\DataFACTIONS\Sides" one before starting to edit *.ODF files located inside the "
ODF" sub-folder through a Plain Text Editor resembling to the
Notepad Program installed with
all Microsoft® Windows Versions released so far. By looking and studying some existing
Object
Definition
Files, be sure you will eventually find out how to proceed to the Tasks you wanted to achieve previously, while knowing that they are actually accessible towards most of the Beginners willing to design Modifications for this video-game. Once you will have succeeded in applying all the desired changes, you will just have to upload your newly-altered "
DataFACTIONS" Projects thanks to one of the Online Hosting Services I may have talked about in the Past in order to let me compile and merge the submitted Resources, which will be sent back to you after these Required Steps...
