Here's Dr. Doom (W.I.P. of course)

I need to add a Darth Maul cape to him and then I'm pretty much done.

Suggestion for a Mario (Or luigi) Skin: Reskin the Imperial officer (you know, the gray one with the cap thats only in some modmaps.

Not possible unfortunately. You can't swap capes and other cloth from model to model.

yeah I know its possible to add him to any modmap, but he's actually only in a few mod maps

The rocket isn't big. The camera is just closer to the rocket than the clone. The clone is reskinned, if you can't tell.

yep the clone has different colors, can't really see if its black or dark green or something though
