i think it is because you havent added the msh's and tga's to the MSH folder in Datasb\Worlds\ID

its everything, all the odf files (buildings, turrets, ect...) But the strange part is they show up with textures (doesnt when I place the odf into a map the I created) when i place the object in mod1 or mod2 it has textures to it (I did nothing different than place the exact same item in the mod1 folder) also I even tried copying all the ODFs and MSHs from the planet into there right spots. still no texture

Did you declare your objects in your map's *.REQ file ? ("[datamodid]\Worlds\[modid]")

hmm... I actally don't think THATS the problems... well, if he DOESNT know what it is (lol, neither do I) and he DID "fix" it in another mod/map, then there's probably something wrong with the map. hmm... he did the 100% same in 2 other folders, and they WORKED, so I'd just suggest you to start from over again - and then "copy"/"paste" the path/map/object-files/.wld-files from THIS map, and then use THEESE file in another map, and then try it again - but get 1 file at time, so if it doesn't work, then you'll know what doesn't work

C ya - and good luck :P

As I've already said in another thread, I think this a problem due to IE's script debugger...
Did you declare your objects in your map's *.REQ file ? ("[datamodid]\Worlds\[modid]")
ive never needed to do that....
I've ever seen a topic treating a problem with un-textured objects... This problem were solved with *.REQ file's checking...

You also have spaces in your modtools file path, which is the reason you are getting that error.

OF COURSE!!! THATS THE PROBLEM!!! lol - why did I never think of THAT? its a BIG bug, which EVERYBODY should know

thanks for reminding CG, so here's the problems as CG mentioned:
save the BFBuilder under ANOTHER folder, which HAVE NO SPACES in the "path": C:/Documents/BFBuilder - and NOT under such a path: "---/this is BFBuilder" ok? this is REALLY important, so DL it gain, and save it in a "non-spaced" path 8)

great job, CG - and good luck to you RDST

Try this :
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • "Tools" > "Internet Settings" > "Advanced"
  • In the "Navigation" part, un-select the option named "Un-activate script debugger"
Hope this helps...
