No unlocking special soldiers?

Is it possible to make the 2 special soldiers on each side to be automaticaly unlocked?

Yep. Just modify the "PointsToUnlock" line in the soldier's .odf file to equal zero. So, the modified line would look like this:

PointsToUnlock = 0

OR, if you have the unofficial 1.3 patch, just click on Fake Console and see where it says Remove Point Limits.
