Converting .exp to .msh with MshEx 3.0?

ive searched for many hours, but cant find anything. it wont export player models. i cant find any post where this were asked, so can someone help me? (again, sorry)

MshEx can't do animations, and hence can't do playermodels. This is mentioned all over the place.

Not to mention .exp is the native file format for xsimodtools and mshex requires .xsi version 6 which is exported via the crosswalk exporter within xsi. Regardless as mentioned mshex cannot do enveloped models.
