I have the map editor, I have the XML files. Why can't I find the Mods folder is my dir?

Have you installed the map editor the right way?And for witch game EAW or FOC?

You should find yourself models,textures,animations for the models[like death animations] and work with them in the XML files.You can download some models from here http://empireatwar.filefront.com/files/ ... What are the different XML files?
