Is there a reason why the website's theme is gone all of a sudden?
Could it possibly be some sort of site update in progress?
It looks like HTML formatting.
EDIT:
Also the sudden disappearance of BBCode?

to me, it looks like you selected "no style" (Internet Exploer, unsure if its in other browsers).
