Keep the spam to a minimum, please. If you're not interested in joining this mod team, there's no real reason to be posting here. Let them do their organization in private as they see fit.

And @ Labj: Make sure you keep all your team organization to PMs once you know someone is interested in helping you out. Not only will that prevent unnecessary posts here, but you won't have to worry about sorting out misunderstandings in public.

tip: use the BCC: (blind carbon copy) not the "TO:" field to send out mass pms. If you use BCC, then people only reply back to you and not everyone else.

We get it. Just update your first post. If people are interested they'll join up. You posting things big, bright and annoying won't help anything.

Right. I'm making Taris: Plains for this team. Updates coming soon.
I won't be here for 3 days so I'll start when I finish WW2 and when I come back from where I'm going :P

.... And that's more than any good mod team will ever need. Get to work and you'll find that you'll be able to get the other stuff once people see your mod is really progressing. It's a two sided coin; if you constantly focus on filling up the mod team you'll never get it filled, nor get anything done. -- if you take the team you have and get busy you'll find the help you need will be there when you need it.

Trust me. I've got a lot of experience. And I'd say the staff/veteran modders can back up that statement too.

Sounds like what I said....
Hm....... I highly doubt that we will get that high...

If you don't mind the opinion of an experienced modder and former clone wars project team co-leader, A good way to do sub divisions is to have a highly experienced leader, with 3-4 people under him. So, for example, Icemember can lead the skinning, and he can have 3-4 other people to do the work that he doesn't do. Same with modeling, you could put me as leader, and anything I don't do, i can have 3-4 people do for me.

Good mod teams need to be organized or they will fail, that is just a fact.

You're still fairly new here, so I would recommend taking my advice, and looking at projects such as BF0 and Dark Space to see how their teams are organized.

Its better to have a small mod team of highly trained experts than a humongous mod team who can't agree on anything or get any work done properly.
Hope ya don't mind that i posted that.

hehehe....

Sorry..... juvinile humor.....

Some people join evryday actually, since the team gots some more mappers, i told some of thm if they could do some maps, and i did other two right now, i am very familiar about doing many things at once.
Thanks for the advice...

Dont worry, as i told DarthRoughKnight before we need at least 50 members, and that could be reached tomorrow or in one year, and since we are a permanent team, someday we will :D

I highly doubt you'll ever reach 50 members. You've got a lot already.

By the way, just what is this mod anyways? I don't see any clear goal behind this all.

Well, for the time being I think you guys have enough -- way more folks than any other mod team. I'm locking this for now until there's more progress to show.
