How to add reflection material to my ship

I know there is tutorial for reflective surfaces (http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... &sk=t&sd=a) ,but i do not understand that tutorial..

Can someone explain me how to add reflection material (chrome) to my Naboo Cruiser like on this pictures:
