Of your unused vehicles, here's what I think:
1. Anakin's modified JSF (I really like this one and it's the most promising of the four)
2. Z-95 Headhunter (something else for the Rebels; basically a fat X-Wing with fixed wings)
3. Assault Gunboat (I really don't care if we get another TIE)
4. B-Wing (don't attempt it without animations; might make a good prop, though)

What I want to know is will the Vulture Droids and Anakin's Fighter be released at all?

The Vulture droids will, but after the BF2 mod tools come out (for obvious reasons). Anakin's Delta-7 Fighter I'm not sure about. It depends on two things: 1) Community interest in it coming out 2) what the author says when he finally gets back to me.

On a different note, the Cydon Prax tank is nearly done. It only lacks explosion chunks -- but I may just use chunks from something else.

I'm sure people will be interested in the jedi fighter because for the people still with battlefront 1 (like me)

i dont know if it has been mentioned but the Muldy Crow has a verry verry bad cocpit view

Those Vulture Droids remind me: isn't psych0fred going to release his Boba Fett unit when the SWBF2 mod tools come out?

That's right, psych0' was supposed to release brand-new stuffs for Star Wars Battlefront once its sequel's Mod Tools would be released... However, our dear "Official developper" seems not to browse GameToast forums as often as in the past, which is probably caused by the "restoration project" engaged with Tean'...

All I have to say is that Fred is working hard behind the scenes. He's really busy with real life work at the moment as well. I've got a leash on him :lol:

I have a problem... The new people don't show up in either era... does anyone know how to help? (I've been skimming this topic for pictures and links... did I miss something about installing the troops?)

Might I know where you've extracted the *.LVL files associated to these "new people", which are included into the "Tech Map" *.RAR file ? :|

The new people were removed a long time ago. They were all released for mappers in the downloads section, so to save time, filesize and cunfusion on my part I removed them.

When is the next release comming?? I noticed some bugs too, in GCW u can fly through the ground with the K-wing :? and in GCW u can't walk with the at-pt, its kinda stuck into the ground.

Consequently, do not expect brand-new updates for the "Tech Map" before a certain time...

In fact, don't expect any more BF1 Tech Map updates... I've moved onto BF2, and no longer have extra time for this. Not to worry, though. Every vehicle will still be released - definitely for BF2, and hopefully for BF1.

I'm really sorry to hear that, Teancum...
However, if you can no longer work on the "Tech Map" intended to Star Wars Battlefront, would you mind releasing its source files, so that volunteers belonging to GameToast community could continue the development of this "cut-off contents Gallery" ?... :?

Also, the future of the "Tech Map" will depend on Tean' decision regarding the "author's rights" he has on this project...

Guys,
These new additons look awesome great work. I have a few questions

1- Are those new player models retextured models or new meshes?

2- How is the Millineum Falcon performing framerate wise?

3- Have you considered adding Luke's Landspeeder from Tatooine?

Thanks looking forward to taking it for a test drive :D

@ Leviathan -- I'm still working on the vehicles, it's just not Tech Map related. I am stopping the Tech Map because I need to be able to get the vehicles working for both BF1 and BF2. Flyers should be the only big obstacle, as they have some extra odf stuff.

@ Krun

1-The new player models were removed, they are now in the downloads section. They are reskins that I hex edited.
2-The Falcon works fine framerate wise, but I haven't touched it in probably 3 months.
3-I pulled Luke's Landspeeder because it's already released in the downloads section.
