Landing Gunships

is it posible to make the AI get on the gunships, wait until every seat is occupied, then take off and land in a designated place and make everyone get off the ship??
like the way the gunships are used in the movies.
it would also be cool if i could rise the amount of passengers
what i want to do is this
if it is possible to do this, it could change the way AI fight on battlefront II, much more realistic.

I believe.
That discussion might have been about gunships landing in hangars.
I don't believe its possible, because AI never land.

Landing hints are associated with carriers rather than flyers, which is a broken classlabel from what I can tell. The flyer spline LandOnArrival property does not appear to work, either, and I've not run across anyone reporting success with it. So, no, the AI can't land on their own.
However, you can use ZE animations to simulate a gunship landing.

just to add to what MercuryNoodles said, you can simulate the gunship landing and make ai spawn around it. (is that possible?)

Yes; set up an animation for the gunship prop, and at the end of the animation spawn an ambush team.

In BFI geonosis the gunships do something like that, so i belive it can be done at least in BFI.

I noticed that, too. The Laat starts, circle the spire one time and land in front of the burned-out Techno Union Ship. A few clones get out/spawns and the gunship takes off again.
So in BF1 it is possible to make the AI landing at a certain point.
