Hey Rends. now you´ve finally changed my mind about tatooine...at first when I saw this I just thought "oh no, not another Tatooine-map" and soon after that I thought "hey, it´s Rends who are doing this and it´ll probably be a little better than all other Tatooine-maps" and now I just think "Oh my God!!, this is magic"!...
well my point is that this will be a really great map...I just love your maps Rends...

Rends, I recomend that you delve into the KOTOR side for diverse looking humans and aliens. There's a bunch of things there that will look great reskinned. (Atton, Bao-Dur, reskin to tat clothes, etc) And then there's the Mara model and the Nemodian and Weequay.
I also recommend having them labeled as something other than a normal unit so taht they can have their own pathing and stuff to keep them in local places and to stop them from running around in the streets where a soldier does. (like, keep the more to the side)
Just a thought.

And, I'm pretty sure that you can't use 3Ds Max to make models. XSI!

Can someone give me a brief overview of what has gone on with this map since it was first announced. I haven't been keeping close track.

It was announced, it was planned, it is/was modelled, it is still being made.

I think that we need to add more realism to Viechles ( i spelled it wrong didint i?). Rends, try to make it like if a landspeeder hits you you actuallaly die not just have it fly over you.

It's spelled VEHICLES

And, that's actually already a feature on SWBF2 (or a glitch

).
If you're going fast, and you hit someone, they die. It's quite fun.

If you drive/walk over allied troops, they die. Enemies jump aside/on you or stay unharmed.
A bit paradox, but challenging.

Yea thats what we need to fix. Itd be more fun if it were realistic. Itd be cool if you could somehow make it like if your in a speeder and someones shooting at u like in a cannon it take a couple hits to destroy it but if you ram into another speeder they blow up. Realism =D

Well,i´ve actualy seen some Speeder accidents on Mos Eisley
By the way, anyone willing to skin a couple of objects?
Look at the white jawadroid in the background behind the R2. I texturemapped today but it needs a real texture.
