If you don't listen to her, politely refrain from posting, rather than pretending to know her music, and hating it. I too have never heard her music, and have a distaste for her somewhat, but if you really don't know her music, it wouldn't hurt if you stopped pretending you did. It's a common occurrence believe it or not. Talking about things you don't know.

Never judge a book by it's cover... or in this case don't judge a girl by the way she sings.

It's funny, because that's what I was saying, but how else do you judge a performer who sings than by their voice?

Leave Miley alone! Your lucky she even performed for you people.

On a more serious note, I have to agree with Dohnutt on this one.

It's all a matter of preference the way you judge her. You could judge her by her actions or the way she sings. Take for instance, Michael Jackson. Late 80's early 90's he became caucasion, rumors of sleeping in an oxygen tank, buying a chimp etc. Some people chose to judge him on this, and some people still regarded him a great singer, and saw him that way. What people will remember is his singing abilities, and not some tabloid story, so just because Miley Cyrus may get drunk or something, in 20 years people will forget about it and remember her for her music.

I don't mean to sound rude, but Michael Jackson =/= Miley Cyrus.

It's also dependabt on the weight of negative/ positive parts of her life. Hitler was a good politician, and you could say Stalin was good at what he did. Are they remembered for the good?
It depends on the weight of the actions. Will OJ Simpson be remembered as a star or a murderer?

Comparing Michael Jackson to Miley Cyrus kind of makes you a terrible person. MJ actually produced good music.

Who, meesa? But still, If the vanity fair incident was any indication, Miley's future is bleak. Whereas most teens grow out of such irresponsibility, the pop star lifestyle encourages it. She's going to be twice as controversial as Elvis and Mj combined.

Except she's indefinitely retiring. So, her future won't be.

If anything, Cyrus will continue making records until she's 21 or so, then try to start starring in movies and get a real serious job. That's my take. Oh look, I'm right.

Well i meant something like drunk or something, not murder. If she was to kill someone then yes, she would be remember for that.

Sorry folks, but it seems that Miley will not be leaving Disney or California. It appears that we have to stick with her scum for yet ANOTHER season of the dreaded Hannah Montana.
