Strange thing for the dewback... If it's not allowed to release a map with it, so Rends's Mos Eisley Spaceport shouldn't be available on SWBFiles :S .
It's the same for Tatooine:Tuskencamp : the map contains some sounds from RavenSoft, but the map isn't illegal so far :? . Then I'm not a laws specialist so I'm not 100% sure of what I say. It was just a strange thing I found.

That's 100% my fault that there's an inconsistency; I went over this with Jendo earlier. I usually take a close look to make sure that all submitted maps/mods follow our submission rules (excerpt:)
We will not accept any files whose contents seem legally questionable; this includes files that embed a hacked executable or include copyrighted materials used without explicit consent/permission e.g. ripped off from an other game/mod.
...but from time to time things slip through that I miss or am lazy about looking for. If something's been up for a significant amount of time with ported assets (like either of the two you mentioned) and it's clear that the authors made every effort to credit - that the mistake was on my part for missing the regulated content - then I won't remove the file. I know that it's not fair to have an inconsistent standard and I'll do my best to make sure that authors with tiny issues like this get their maps uploaded with minimal other issues. In my (and the staff's) defense, the rules are posted right on the submission page.

I totally agree, and after thinking about it this could be an opportunity now I've got version 1 out of the way. I'm going to try and teach myself XSI and make some models which is the best solution to this problem. Afterall you don't need permission if you've made it yourself, and I can imagine it's much more satisfying. Having done an Art degree I know all about that.

Edit: It's just been released:
