Question about other people's work:
I was wondering if the following situation would be allowed:
You notice someone has a really cool world. You PM them for permission, reciece a "Yes", and get their World (.wld) from them. You then make your own script, and possibly edit the world (as specified in the permission PM.)

The situation you described has no different rules than any other use of another person's work.
