In order of your questions: Yes. 1.1 patch. I'm not sure, but I'd assume the gt server won't be up untill 2.0, so they won't have to keep updating it. Just a guess.

[GT-b] is for any1 registered on the forums. U may be in another community if u want to join [GT-b]. Not sure about being in another clan.
