A drawn stick figure is too vague to fit into any of the themes, if he wants to have a stick figure avatar then he will need to take a screenshot of his stick figure ingame and edit that so it will at least fit into the Games and possibly the Star Wars theme as well.

It's probably just some script that cycles through a stockpile of avatars every time a page is loaded.
