There are vehicle limits. What about objects and props?

Does anyone know what actual limits the game has?

There have been a number of posts stating that the game crashes due to too many objects/ AI/ vehicles, or suffers significant lag and stutter.

There must be a happy middle ground, for max AI activity/ battlewagons & bikes /scenery before the engine chokes.

Any numbers to toss around?

I ask because a map in progress started to lose data in the builder. Saved, paths good, cleaned munged blah blah and reopened to ...

The much older save. Repeatedly.

Quite a dense environment. This infoloss on a WIP has been mentioned before with the builder. Is this probable cause.

Any feedback?

As far as AI, i'd say at about 500 on each side you'll start to disapeer in and out, but thats only at close range. (Would be pretty cool if someone made a medieval mod..)

Cheers. Wondering about objects as well... only looking at 200 per team.
I have been having some odd saving issues with a map, and can only pin it down to objects.
trimming down and fine tuning so we shall see.
