I just noticed something about the campaign levels I never noticed before: Whenever the load screen pops up, the tips and tricks are gone. How is this done? Also, if possible, how could I add tips specific to the mode? that would be cool If you could create mode-specific tips.

Use the EDITLOCALIZE tool in your mod's folder, you can take out all default tips and put some new ones (it won't affect your default game settings), I think it will be easy to figure out where to find the tips.

Lol you guys Im not that stupid. What I mean is how do you remove/change the tips in some modes but not in others, so that I could create specialized tips. (i.e. in campaign mode it says "there's an ia ambush at objective 7" and it says in hunt mode "Don't worry, there's no ai ambush in hunt mode."

I thought of this 'cause I noticed that the tips were missing from campaign mode so that It doesn't interfere with the little blurb about the storyline.
