Is there any fix for the mapnames, modenames etc (AB1%_s% etc) or is this normal, I remember them working with my game in previous releases, also any way to disable the new HUD?

You have to be using the 1.1 patch of the game for the Conversion Pack to work properly. Unfortunately we just couldn't support 1.0 since 1.1 is so much more stable. Patch the game and you should be good.

I can't play the game if it's patched to 1.1 :s
He keeps saying to insert the original disk, but I did, I still remember the big hole in my wallet when I bought the game (twice, for pc and ps2 lol)

Unfortunately you're stuck. We can't support 1.0. It's not stable enough.

I found a post, saying that I should e-mail securom with an analysis and some details and they'll send me a solution for my problem.
Anyways, I have been playing the conversion pack on 1.0 (I just couldn't resist!) and no ctds etc yet and it's unbelievable
Awesome job, best mod ever

Kit fisto looks incredible!

Ya, you'll most likely be able to play just fine in 1.0 (other than localization issues). You might have some issues online. If you do, let us know so that we can at least log the bugs. If there end up being enough 'big' bugs in our bug list we'll try to make a patch that fixes as many as we can.
For now though consider this the 100% final release.

Great job on this! This Convo pack version is really amazing!
I love all the maps but still there are some mistakes. I know this is a final but however i´m going to point them up:
classic conquest crashes on naboo: plains, geonosis: spire, rhen var: harbour and bespin: platforms. And in the classic conquest on tatoine: dune sea are v-19 torrents that have 100% bf2 weaponery. The last thing that annoys me is, that the crack grenade in classic conquest is exactly the same thing as the thermal detonator except of the trail effect.
But other than that:

I can answer this one -- that's exactly like it was in SWBF1, because I literally used the SWBF1 odf.

Please help me! For some reason when I play as a Stormtrooper, the guy is really white like pale-white. I tried taking a screenshot of it but it didn't show the problem when I uploaded it. Is anyone else having this problem? It's just the Stormtrooper, not any other guys. Please help me, if you can!

Yes the storm trooper is a bit more white than the other empire units, but pale white...I don't think so.

Online issues... probably because I can't play with the v1.1 people? However I do not play BFII online so often I'm more of a SP guy with AI, possible because I program AI (in another game). Localization errors, well...all units have a good name, just the new era's, maps and mode's, which isn't really that bad, I should be lucky to play it!

The localization worked for me in the previous versions (like 1.9); possibly an other method used?

Is there anyway I could possibly fix this problem? 'Cause that's the only problem I'm having right now.

Can we see a screenshot? And have you tried playing around with your lighting options?

I have this as well. I think it is meant to be like that. I don't think he is really that pale maybe turn down your contrast?

Well, I did say that I couldn't take a screenshot because it wouldn't show the problem. And I have my graphics all turned up high. Or at least, I think I do, I'll have to check it.
Oh, and also where can I find the GT Heroes again? I forget...

Must be a lightning issue, Mine's on medium, if I remember correctly, the documents installed in your gamedata folder says lightning must be on low te prevent crashes. Maybe contrast and lightning affect the stormtrooper, though it isn't as pale as you say it is in my game...

There are actually a lot of KotOR-era Jedi/Sith with buffing abilities - using them well (Battle Meditation + Force Storm/Wave is
devastating) is the key to making the Jedi that have them powerful. (Fear plus a well-timed saber throw can kill a Jedi in one hit there and back.)
I know you spent a lot of time on this, but his anims just looked way cooler, and more, uh, how to put it... Professional in the sides beta. But I like the new gun model, kudos to Rep (he made it, right?)
Haha, that was actually something I forgot to change back, I was playing around with mixing Calo's anims with the dual pistol anims I originally made. The plus side with these is that now his guns actually point forward instead of towards the center.
Actually, his back is arched when he fires, as if it pushes his shoulders back, if I remember correctly.
