To attempt to boost sales of sony's proven handheld system, the PSP, download hot-spots will be popping-up all over the U.S. to allow for PSPers to download demos, music, movies, wallpapers, ect.

To introduce the new downloads, however, and to intergrate with the new PS3, sony will be releasing a new firmware update, version 3.00. The new update will allow for:
