Err, regardless of where your models came from you're going to have to rig them for this game. That includes enveloping. It's can be a tedious process but it's worth the effort!

seems like im not given much of a choice. Oh well I guess its back to grinding endless hours with weight paints

Well, I finally got the model ingame! Looks a little funny, but I'll just have to fix up the weights.
I just used the tutorial from HighValorius to get a custom .msh into the game (I think the problem originally was that I selected the effs and the dummyroot too, not only the bones)
Kind of feel like the questions wouldn't have been needed if I found the tutorial, but...thanks for all of the help anyways!
