You do not harm or kill a Jedi hero by ramming him with your vehicle (he happens to "walk" over the top).

However, if you drive a hovercraft and reverse into him, he will then die. (I think this also happens with non-heroes).

However #2, I have been repeatedly killed while on foot by head-on speederbike.
