LoL, no colour tags is good. Much easier to read
. No doubt it's faster to type up too.
At the moment I only have the two effects I've showed you. If people gave me some more specific requests I'll probably work faster.
I'll have those skins ready soon (armor and cape).

Edit: Here's a member of the 501st Legion. I'm challenging someone to do better; not because I think mine is great, but because I know that someone out there can beat it tenfold. This only took me 5-10 minutes to do.

it would be a bit fun if we put a sense of actual sw realism into it
cause the mygeeto assault had multiple units than just a few clones and droids
or like coruscant those assassins (wich i've made that skin and i know it's bad it just needs some refining) are a good idea of breaking trough the movie 'routine'. i hope that maybe ms or linus or deathrow or you reku can refine it for the good sake of your friend
OFF TOPIC: ms, you really need to tell me how to add those colors to your text i don't know anything about it
EDIT: wow i missed a whole lot pages i've had probs with my swbf2 dvd-rom and it kept on stopping so i'm gonna try and pray i can install it and get it back on before the first beta.

I've been thinking about a Geonosis-map and yesterday I made this little picture of the layout on such a map and this is what I've come up with.

blue dots are CIS red dots are republic CP's..
CP 1. is close to a Acclamator and the little "command pod" and spawns alot of LAATs..it's on a hill.
CP2. is just below the hill..spawns one or two AT-TEs.
CP3.close to a crashed TE-ship..Spawns AT-TEs..
CP4 and 5. destroyable TE-ships..spawns OG-9s
CP6. have some of those geonosian turrets..spawns hailfires.
CP7. is inside the spire with the control room from Geonosis: Spire. Spawns nantex-class fighters from the hangar. have those turrets around the spire..
What do you think about this? I can barely use ZE so I can't do this stuff but I'd really like to hear what you think about the idea...

That layout just wouldn't give enough action; it would be far too spread out. I like it, a lot in fact, but what we really need to try and pull off is a head-on battle with hundreds of clones on one side, and hundreds of droids on the other.
@Any mapmakers: Make sure to make good use of the potential of ZeroEditor, adding things like ZE animation can really add depth to a map, whether it's crashing LAATs, or portions of a mountain exploding. (Darn that would be hard to pull off! LoL)
As a kind of side question, is it actually possible to make an effect appear when you want it to? Would you need to use LUA scripting? Or what?

What I think we should do is stick to the movies, having those Self-Propelled Heavy Artillery's shooting down a Trade Federation ship and then in the ensuing dust have the droids and clones attack eachother blindly. Of course, you'd have to start off with the dust unless there's a way to animate it coming out of the ground or something; I've never tried this sort of stuff before.

Sorry, MS. I kept having Stop Errors on my machine. My mom and I will get it fixed though! Hope that bug report I sent you still helps with a good bulk of the probs. 
Edit- I have an idea on how to get it to look like the Clones and Droids are running at each other on the front lines on Geonosis.
I think it's something called stream lining. Add multiple spawn (er not cp's I mean where they spawn randomly, etc) and point them at each other. Spread out in a line of course.
Is that somewhat possible?
