It's under the Colors tab.

You shouldn't be asking questions like that. A very little bit of looking around would have told you this. You could have also searched their help database. Either way, you should read some tutorials on the tools you use.

Since you quoted the whole thing, I'm not sure to what that's in response, but I'll address them all.

It works fine, you just used it incorrectly.

If you have eyes, you should be able to look.

Here is the online help that you would find if you chose "Help" in GIMP. Here's a hint, search for "hue" or "saturation".

Well, read them again. In case you lost track of them, here they are. Read them like you would the documentation for the ModTools.

It all works fine, you just refuse to listen to what we tell you. If you aren;t going to work with us, we can't be helpful to you.

As simple as it gets:

1. Open the image you want to edit in GIMP.

2. Click "Colors" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

3. Click "Hue-saturation."

4. Move the sliders around to your heart's content.

As Frisbeetarian said, it would have been very easy to open up GIMP and just look around a bit.

.DO NOT use the angry smiley in reply to some tips that were perfectly clear, or when you become confused (which is strange, the instruction were indeed very clear). It's very rude, and/or it looks immature.

@Frisbeetarian; Thanks for the links, I wasn't searching for them, but now I came across them :)
