My childhood fantasy has always been to live on Coruscant. In fact, one of my first modding projects was an attempt to model the entire city. Anyways, this is Palpatine's office from EP III. You can tell it is a mix of canon and non-canon parts. Everything that was seen in the movie is modeled as canon as possible. However, certain non-canon extensions were added in order to make it a viable battlefront map.

Everything is modeled from scratch in 3ds Max, exported with my msh exporter, MshEx. The project has been in the works for over a year now. More maps were planned to be released in a series, but I am afraid time is too precious a resource to accommodate these desires. We had planned on making Coruscant: Streets, Coruscant: Dogfight, and Coruscant: Senate, maps in addition to this one. This would take the player to every possible place in Coruscant that he/she would desire, from the busy streets to a soaring speeder chase through the skyscrapers. However, after spending a year on this one alone, I think we are going to cut out the rest of the planned maps.

No, this is a truly great piece of work.

You must have watched the scenes from the movie with Palptine's apartment alot to have gotten the detail so perfect, looks just like it does in the movie. Nice work.

All kidding aside, the models look really well textured and modeled, the light seems to flow evenly with them, unlike my models haha. Good job.
