hmm... yeah.... you got 3 mouse buttons, ok? I had the same problem the first time I used Zeroeditor... you got Right mouse Button (I call it R)
and Left Mouse Button (lets call it L)
And you got the Scrolling button-thing-stuff-button-wonnabe-better-then-the-others (lets call it M) lol

well, ALL of them, moves the Region on one of the 3 ways: Z, X, Y

Y SHOULD be up and down... so I think you should click, and HOLD M down, and then move the region. R and L moves the region to the other "ways"... I hope it was good enough...

simply: hold M, and MOVE!!! hehe, lol - or use R or L to move!!!

C ya

I thought the default setup was to hold down the C key on the keyboard, and then hold down the mousewheel button, while moving the region. It should go up and down.

To move objects various ways, the z, x, and c keys are held down (each has 3 ways of moving the object), while the three mouse buttons are also used. You'll see lines appear which show in what way it'll move, based on what keys/mousebuttons you're holding down.
