I can't see a company offering free products to just any "student" maybe people in certain courses/schools bun not just anyone, correct me if I'm wrong.

On the subject of autodesk products being free, there are strings attached, such as you can't keep it for more than a year or two I believe. Also, at this point in time Mod Tool is better for modding Battlefront, because there isn't a version of XSI anymore that supports the Pandemic exporter, and Andeweget's ZE Tools are designed specifically for the Mod Tool, correct me if I'm wrong.

The license has to be renewed every several years.

ANDE's tools were built for Softimage 2012/2011/the newer versions.

Heh, you told me us to and I did.

Actually the ZETools were designed specifically for ModTool 7.5 32-bit and SI 2012 SP1 64-bit.
If you want, I bet I can find the build numbers somewhere, too.
Compatibility with any other versions are basically just happy circumstances. I do plan to make sure to test the exporter whenever I update to a newer version of SI.

Looks good; maybe some broken glass in the windows would look good

Some broken
muntins would do justice at the very least, make it not seem too bland or anything.

Don't you think the ceiling looks a little...out of place with its extreme brightness?

Maybe you could make it all worn and faded.

I personally think that the roof texture should be the same as on the walls. The current one kinda looks like one of those Mexican restaurants where you get food poisoning.

I agree, it should probably be the same as the walls. Or a different one. That will be changed! Otherwise, any other comments/suggestions? The pillars were hard to UV symmetrically....lol.

Feedback:
The textures on the building with the pillars seem a bit bright and saturated to me. Also, the interior roof needs a texture change. I don't much like the green color for the tiles/paint chips; maybe a browner or more olive color would be a better choice. Also, it's really jarring to see the walls of the garage from the front where you can see the cylinders and the sides of the wall; I think that's still a WIP, though, right? I like the rubble and broken buildings a lot. Keep up the good work overall!

First off I'm glad everyone likes the damaged buildings! Im going to add muntins to some of the windows or possibly all of them to change things up a little.
@CressAlbane I think you're saying move the cylinders of the garage in a bit, change the textures to brown for the walls/floor tiles, change the roof texture, and de-saturate the pillars? Can do! Also, is the brick wall okay? Yes, the garage is still in the WIP phase. I dont like spending too much time on one thing but I
ALWAYS go back and perfect it from where I left off.
EDIT: DIfferent textures for the hotel lobby:
