A series I'll be making in Fallout 3. I saw fit to make my own thread about it, as I'll probably need help. !!!!Warning!!!! This series will have profanity, gore, sexual references, use of drugs and alcohol, and some mean, mean, people who want to kill the main character. In other words, violence....

This story is inspired by DC Chronicles, which should be treated as a 'parallel story', which takes place during the evens of DC Chronicles. You might hear some references of what happened in the other series. You might also occasionally see a cameo or two.

This series follows a vault dweller, James Worden, who, inspired by Andrew Grafton's leaving of the vault to find a water chip, decides to follow the same example and leave the vault, but instead for his own purposes. The story will have loyalties and betrayals, friends lost and gained. It will show how unforgiving the Wastelands can be.

I'll need some Voice Actors who can act well. I'll be supplying the Voice of the main character....but I'll need the help of others. Preferably English would be nice, unless someone can speak Chinese if I decide to show a scene of an argument between Great War vets, but that's only a possibility.

The first episode has been typed and the second one is about to be started. I just have to get to the filming.

I'll need voices for Raiders for the first episode. That'd be all I need for that episode. And don't be afraid to use curse words, as Fallout series has quite a few profane moments, and my script has some profane moments as well, so if you aren't afraid to say the occasional cuss word, that'd be great. It just gives the series a little more attitude, I'd think. Not saying cuss words will be used in an overabundance, but it's needed if the... 'harshness' of the wastes will be apparent.

If anybody would like to help, please feel free to e-mail. And please, if someone can show some emotion in their acting, that'd be nice. I don't want a series of 'monotone, why am I here.' voices. And Microsoft Sam is totally out of the question.

And VA'ing might not be the only thing I'll need help with. I'll take help from anyone who can do other nice things, such as suggestions and advice. I'll need all the help I can get if I want a successful series. And would be nice if anyone here had a good Fallout knowledge. I know about FO3 more than I do the previous ones, unfortunately, and I'll accept help from the FO know-it-alls.

Sorry for DP: Well....maybe no one's interested. Seems everyone is skipping the thread.

Only results I got was from AQT. Oh well. I dunno. I'll give it more time, but I guess I expected posts over the night. Don't mean to seem impatient. Guess it's just a small bit of unexpected depression that hit today. Wasn't much, but I dunno.

Anyways, either PM or post here if anyone is, by chance, interested. =P

I never actually owned Fallout 3, but if I remember correctly, it is single-player only, so you are only needing voice recordings?

It is singleplayer, yes -- and voice recordings are the most thing I need out of all this.


If anything else.... well, I dunno, but I'll let ya guys know.

I'm doing most of the writing and I am obviously doing the filming (I can manipulate the engine where I see fit).

But Voice Actors would be my primary concern. Music, isn't that much of a concern, as I have many container ships full of that (slight exaggeration, but you get my point). And even if someone doesn't have a good Fallout knowledge (I mainly know about FO3. I don't know much about the first two as much as I do FO3), it doesn't matter, really. But I can give you guys a general overall idea of how I want things to sound. =P

That's good. lol I'll help out with the voices. As far as my ignorance goes, if there's anything I could read that would help fill me in on what I should know, just point it out. I really donno much about Fallout, I've never played it.

Just send me anything you need recorded.

Others for that episode are filled, because either it's audio from the game or it's my voice for the main character (unless AQT wants to replace me as the main character -would be weird, as the first and last names are my real name- maybe I'm having an identity crisis?. lol).

Note those roles do involve cussing, so if you need to time it or if you can't do it, I will have more roles in Episode II and beyond, etc.

Don't think that this series is all about cussing. It has brighter sides of vocabulary in some places, but in general -- typical R type rating movie, if you compare it to other R rated movies out there.

Granted, I do cuss at times myself, but I try not to. There is a story, so don't worry. lol

I don't cuss in my regular vocabulary, but I am joining the Navy, so it doesn't exactly bug me. lol

No, but I have to be around it constantly, so I'd be screwed if it bugged me. lol Of course, I've been used to cussing since early elementary school... don't you just love these modern times? Anyways, back on topic... I was busy today and have an early day tomorrow, I'll get that voice to you tomorrow night. Sorry for the delay.

It's okay, because I haven't filmed yet. Trying to script. Which, the script at this point is important as it's gonna be the thing that leads to mentioned filming. Take your time, unless I ask for it otherwise. But even then, I am considerate of everybody's schedules. While I AM wanting to get my series filmed and out there, I will have to be patient and conform to everyone else's needs and schedules so that there is no unnecessary stress. As this is a hobby, and merely just a hobby alone, I am not going force anyone to hurry up to 'please' me and my desires to get this done.

Just to clarify, I am on everyone's side. I am here to merely entertain for the sake of fun, not as an essential job. Do not worry, no one will upset me if they're delayed with their clips/etc to help out this potential machinima series.

Well, I wont be able to do anything from the beginning of February through at least the beginning of April, but if you're still at it after that, I'm here. lol

Hmm.... well, of course you must do with whatever time you have of course. If I become desperate beforehand, I'll let you know.

Also, I'm making a tiny comedy. I'm gonna be editing it when I awaken later. This is just to get me into the editing mood for the much more in-depth and huge series I'll be doing.
