I put some snowspeeders in my map according to the getting started tutorial, and (wait for it) they don't show up in-game. Here's what i did to put them in:

-Placed vehicle spawns
-Assigned them to "cp4" (and made sure they were within the control region)
-Assigned ClassAllAtk and ClassAllDef to "all_fly_snowspeeder"

Did you assign the control region to "cp4", load the snowspeeder in your LUA, and/or raise the memory pool for flyers?
