Object shifts

I made a map, then set the terrain to 64X64, which is a power of 2. I added water, a few props, some cp's (without control regions). Then I munged, and it worked, but all the cps and their capture and spawn regions were shifted. HOw do I make them stay in the place I put them in ZeroEditor?

I had a similar problem with my Corellia map. What I did was delete the layer and then create a new one, and the problem was gone.

Some objects shift, however, and there's nothing I know of to stop it. But CP's shouldn't.
